The 2009 Doitforcharity.com Manchester 5km will take place on Sunday 11th October in Heaton Park.

No previous experience is required for the Manchester event and with a bit of training the 5km distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk - you decide!
